1. Strengthening the research and development of Malay martial arts education with a quality, holistic and systematic approach in Malaysia, especially in the state of Johor.

2. Strengthening the identity of Malay silat from the point of view of national art and culture through the development of Malay silat education and research scientifically and academically.

3. Empowering external networks and the development of martial arts training for the community.
